Voeren van technische en commerciële gesprekken op decision-maker- en teeltmanagementniveau. Bewaken van marges, contracten, voorwaarden en scopes. Rapporteren aan de Group CCO van Atrium Agri. Marktontwikkeling Analyse van marktontwikkelingen, concurrenten en groeisegmenten in hydroponics, vertical farming en protected horticulture. Signaleren van wereldwijde trends en deze vertalen naar productontwikkeling, R&D en nieuwe concepten. Adviseren over innovaties, configuraties en nieuwe proposities. Vertaling naar interne teams Heldere overdracht van commerciële afspraken naar engineering, R&D, QA/QC en projectvoorbereiding. Bewaken van technische, logistieke en kwalitatieve uitvoering van verkochte projecten. Continu managen van klantverwachtingen. Samenwerking binnen Atrium Agri Meewerken binnen commerciële overleggen en bid-teams van Atrium Agri. Samenwerken met Bom Group, VB, Havecon, PB tec en VH Systems om geïntegreerde oplossingen te realiseren. Bijdragen aan uniforme klantinformatie, gedeelde salesstandaarden en gezamenlijke marktbenadering. Ondersteunen van Atrium’s lifecycle revenue strategie (service, upgrades, FMGG). Opbouwen van een distributienetwerk Identificeren en selecteren van distributeurs, dealers en agenten in nieuwe markten. Opstellen van distributiecontracten, prijsstructuren en serviceafspraken. Organiseren van training en performance-monitoring van het netwerk. Bouwen aan schaalbare, commerciële groei wereldwijd. Wie zoeken wij? Een commercieel persoon welke technisch goed is onderlegd met de navolgende kwalificaties: HBO/WO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting techniek, tuinbouw, CEA of werktuigbouwkunde. 5–10 jaar internationale commerciële ervaring in een technische of hightech omgeving. Sterke affiniteit met hydroponics, teeltsystemen, kastechniek of agritech. Ervaring met internationale projecten, besluitvormingsprocessen en complexe klantdynamiek. Verder herken je je in het volgende: Je bent ondernemend, overtuigend en communicatief sterk. Je bent goed in het bouwen van duurzame relaties en wekt vertrouwen bij beslissers en gebruikers. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen boardroom, teeltvloer en engineering. Je denkt in oplossingen, overzicht en resultaten. Je hebt oog voor details, maar houdt altijd de strategische lijn voor ogen.
